Solutions for indonesia
The Indonesian government try to help the victims of car accidents by writing laws which made it compulsory for the person who cause the car crash to pay fines. According to the Law no. 33 of 1964, every public transport company must pay all of the financial effects resulted from passenger accident during any travel. The same principal goes to any individual who cause car crash as the person has the compulsory to pay compensation related to death or permanent disabilities.
This standard is not enough to prevent car accidents as it only helps after the accidents happened. There are standards they should put as a law to car companies.
Depending on the person (their class), some of these standards affects them differently. For the 1st standard, the cars in Indonesia will become more expensive as more airbags means more money. The high class won't get affected as much, however the middle class will get affected. They will need to pay for in order to change car and they will need extra money incase they need to reset their airbgas.
For the 2nd standard, this will benefit all of the people in the country. In Indonesia, not well-maintained roads is one of the cause for car accidents. People will be able to go through the country easily and there will be less traffic around (holes = slow movement). People will also have enjoyable and relaxing ride when going on vacation or travel.
For the 3rd standard, this will benefit the people regarding to their safety, however will affect their economy. People will have many choices of safety cars to choose and this may lead to the decrease of car accidents. However, the prices for automotive will increase as there are standards to be meet which means they have to add more safety feature, tweak the cars, and etc.
The solutions are all economical as they all involves money all around. The government will need lots of money to fix the roads, increasing the standards, and searching for cars with passengers airbags.

- The government should put requirement for cars being sell in the country – The government should put a standard for cars before they can be sell in the country.

Solution by science
There are limitations to what Science can help with the standards above and not by a whole lot. Pyhsics and Chemistry will be the only type of science which will help the standards, however it'll not give the government extra money. By studying the Law of Inertia by Isaac Newton, engineers can use this idea to create a better airbags for cars. Meanwhile, engineers can also study Chemistry and find the best material possible for the roads. The 1st and 3rd standard can use Physics to improve car safety by using the Law, while the 2nd standard will use chemistry to make the best material for the roads.
